I'm looking for Plannar Headphone and Headphone amp for mixing
Currently I am using HD 600 and Apogee Duet 3
I was planning to buy Neve rnhp and Avantone Pro Planar
But is there any better choice?
Plz Let me know
My Budget is about 3000 dollar or less
Thank you

For a $3K budget you can get KH120II or better speakers, are headphones definitely a requirement?

For my part I think Audeze LCD-XC are very clean and neutral, I just use Topping DX5 lite. But any headphone solution for audio engineering is going to require careful EQ, the headphone itself can only get you so far.

Despite personal recommendations, you can always check the Review Index of this forum:

Three lines icon on the top left -> Headphones -> Advanced Filter Button (magnifying glass with "A"). Here, you can insert price limits, requirements to measurement etc.

It has the nice side-effect that you read reviews and while doing so, learn more about headphones, their measurements and subjective rating :)

Yep, for headphones an EQ is essential. And for $3k you could get a pair of Neumann KH80DSP with KH750 or a similar package from Genelec, sufficiently loud for desktop use.
