Can I add a phono pre amp to the Fosi V3 mono? Will this setup work for what I need?

I just bought a pair of DBR62s for which I am looking to buy an amp and DAC. The amp and DAC I buy will be connected to the TV and previously I had Sony SS-CS5s that were used with a Sony STR-DH190 receiver for the phono input since the turn table is also in this room. I plan to purchase the Topping D50 iii Dac and Fosi V3 Mono amps; I will use a TRS to XLR cable to connect the two.

Can I use the RCA connection on each V3 mono to connect a Phono Preamp, or will that not work since these are monoblocks?

I was pretty set on getting the D50 iii and V3 Mono since I think they would really benefit the DBR62 but I still need to find a way to add a phono input into the mix.

Also, if that is all true, would I then be able to connect a subwoofer via RCA to the D50 iii since I am using the TRS outputs on it?

I know it would be easier to get something like the Yamaha a-s 501 but I was hoping I could go this route instead.

As long as there is a more or less "standard" (in terms of voltage sensitivity and load characteristics) line-level input on the "monoblocks"* EDIT and you have a way to control the volume (!) -- sure you can. The phono preamp shouldn't care whether it is hooked to one stereo input or two mono inputs, even if they are on different components entirely. :)
This being said, there might be some hum issues (ground loops) -- although most of that should be taken care of by grounding the turntable to the dedicated phono preamp.

I cannot (ahem I should not!) speculate on the issue of the subwoofer - sorry!

* unbalanced, I am assuming? :)

The phono preamp has two RCA outputs (left and right) and one interconnect cable goes to each mono block.
Note: Somewhere the level of the input signal must be regulated to mono blocks (some kind of passive or active preamp).
The connection would be something like this: turntable > phono preamp > active or passive preamp > two mono blocks > speakers.

You have a turntable, but you don't mention if you already have a phono pre-amp. I am guessing that if you are going for a Topping D50iii you will be keeping your options open for future phono pre-amps and even upgrades here ... or you might just go for a pre-amp / streamer that includes a phono pre...

I've just bought this to give it a go as I have a use case like yours (presuming upgrade path for phono preamps) , but I want to be able to experiment.

If you go for something like an iFi phono balanced use the balanced.
You could connect your balanced output of your Topping to the balanced, and the unbalanced of your phono to the unbalanced.
Then connect both to your phosi monos.
Using the toggle switch on the monos, you can switch between the Topping and Phono pre.

If you go for something like the iFi (I use this), or a Michael Fiedler (looking at this) or a Schitt phono balanced then you would need a balanced switcher before the volume control. I use one of these: switcher link
Hope this helps.

Yes it will work. As others have pointed out, and I am going to emphasise, you need some sort of volume control for the turntable, in between the phono-pre, and the Fosis - or it will be at permanent full volume of the Monos.

Some phone pre-amps do have a builtin volume. Or get a preamp with built in phono input. Or simply use a passive volume control such as:
