it is a mrx740,can it driver 7 unit of 4312g or 7 unit of mk s150 latest edition
do i need expensive ati multi channel power amp to driver these large size speaker with a av processor?
does it worth to upgrade from av receiver with poor power handling to av processor with giant tank ATI power amp

The short answer is NO. The longer answer requires you to jettison a misconception...

"big size bookshelf..." "large size speaker..." You need to stop looking at the physical size of the speaker - it's not directly relevant to how hard the speaker is to drive &/or whether a power amp is required. Larger speakers are generally more sensitive and therefore dissipate less power to reach a given SPL compared to smaller speakers.

Amplifier requirements depend mainly on speaker sensitivity, listening distance and desired maximum listening SPL's. Here's a couple of decent calculators:

Why/how have you identified seven of either of those particular speakers? (I assume a that's a JBL 4312G?) For a ~$18K multichannel speaker system, they wouldn't be my first choice.
