I have contacted the guy from No Theme Reviews.
He has kindly told me that it's a song from one of these two royalty-free websites : bensound.com or https://freemusicarchive.org
It's easy to check on both sites, given the song is about 7:55 long.
Unfortunately after a thorough check, the song doesn't appear in either of them.
So I guess it must have been deleted since march 2019.
If anybody has a clue...

By closing my eyes and relaxing to the music.
Like I said in my OP, I already tried Shazam and Soundhound.
But aside from the guy talking all the time, the real problem is that it's a royalty-free song.
So I doubt that Shazam or Soundhound can ever identify it anyway.

If you like, you can "remove" the vocal out of the review clip. I did this with "wavosaur" and it does remove the vocal but the "ooohhhhh" sound is still there which is good. I did find the whole volume was reduced somewhat. Unfortunately like you found out, I searched using a music search site by uploading a portion of the clip but it was not recognized. Did not use shazam coz I was on a computer and I it seems that shazam is an app for mobile phones... I could be wrong about this though.I have contacted the guy from No Theme Reviews.

Here you go. I had to zip the wav file before sending. Also had to shorten the clip otherwise the file will be too large to send. What is the usual file size limit, anyone ?

Thanks ! As expected, Shazam wasn't able to recognize anything. I believe it's because it's not a commercial song.
As for your wavosaur version, it's surprisingly good for a vocal suppression algorithm. Although it can't really be used for Hi-Fi listening, lol.

Without the vocal intro and extended for at least 45 minutes, he could get signed by Hearts of Space.

I had completely given up hope on this song, which I will now be listening to repeatedly on my Nighthawks. I am SO HAPPY now !
