Cambridge Audio Topaz AM10 Question

Please accept my apologies for asking this question.

The Topaz AM10 is rated around 35w into 8 ohms. But doesn't say for 4 ohms.

For small or medium sized rooms. Will the AM10 have sufficient power to drive most 2-way bookshelf speakers? Providing the volume is sensible etc.

The speakers in mind are - Dali Oberon 1 and Oberon 3.
