It would be fascinating if every democratically dominated state has net neutrality. Maybe it would be like looking at cities with good schools and become a reason for people to move there!

I suspect our state will follow CA if their law passes.

I think more interesting is that nation wide companies may end up just not having data caps just so they can offer a universal package. And not the "california package" and the "sh*t package" for the rest of y'all.
