Buying dac/amp

Hello,

My current setup is Audioengine D1, Genelec G Two active speakers, and Sennheiser HD600. I want to upgrade the D1, and I'd really prefer to get something that functions as a dac, as a headphone amp, and that I could also adjust the volume of the Genelec active speakers with the same volume knob.

Are there any good options that can do this all for 200-250 euros?
