Buy Asgard 3 with card

Hi!
I have the magni3/modi 3 stack today.
Planning to upgrade to asgard.
Asgard is coming without card. I dont want a useless switch on my amp.
So i concider to buy with card.
But dac card only output 1.4V and don`t measure well. I Want 2.0
I have checked with schiit, phonocard output 0.4-2.0V. depending on cartridge.
How to now what cartridge so are outputing 2.0v?

Can't you just use modi3 2.0V output? There is no modular DAC card to put in the schiit that outputs more than 1.4V.

sure. but it is stupid with a useless switch.
i already have the modi 3. and i dont own any turnable.
maybe it is better to go for a lyr or asgard2. "problem" solved.
magnius is nice. but i have no xlr gear.

I wouldn't consider it useless, actually. I'm getting good use out of mine as a mute switch. It's especially helpful for me since I use the Asgard as a preamp. As Veri has said, as far as we know there is currently no DAC card that outputs 2V.

maybe i buy without any card. I already have a dac and don`t need a riia.
asgard2 costs 60 less. dont`t need 3,5W. have Grados 225e
