I have a Schiit Hel on a gaming rig and would like to replace it with something a bit nicer.
On another setup, I have a DX5 II and e2x2 OTG stack. I really like the functionality and quality, but need something less conspicuous with really solid audio quality.
I would really like a single box solution with eq. I keep thinking an Element IV and antlion mod mic USB is the way to go.
Does anyone have any suggestions? It needs to be an upgrade in quality and WAF, preferably under $1,000. The ADI 2 Pro is just too far above the budget, but would otherwise be about right.
