Bulk Pure Enhanced Technology is used in TEAC DAC’s.
This is the website explaining how it works:

“Bulk Pet, short for Bulk Pure Enhanced Technology, is the solution that altering the sound quality arising from INTERFACE CO.,LTD.’s original USB transferring technology.
-Bulk Pure Enhanced Technology-“

Did someone debunker this?

Well, they state themselves that
The bits of audio data that using Bulk Pet is completely same as ones using Isochronous Transfers.
If the bits are identical, the sound is identical. The end.

To be fair, that whole site is finest Jenglish and a lot of nuance is probably lost in translation. They don't explain how this technology would actually influence the sound.

Their claim that "Users can enjoy altering the sound quality caused by changing the processing load balance." is kinda weird. I guess if the OEM overloads the CPU and this altered data transmission method reduces the processing load, it would theoretically prevent dropouts in some edge cases? But which manufacturer would program a sound processor in a way that it is intentionally overloaded? That's just dumb.

Also, in contrast to the regular USB asynchronous transfer mode used for audio, this stuff claims to used packets with error correction. So again - in theory - this could save you from dropouts and glitches if your 50 ct USB cable with corroded contacts is barely good enough to establish that connection or is unshielded and you're situated in an electronic warfare training zone.
