Budget AMP

Been looking to replace my dying VSX-524 receiver with something smaller and stumbled on Aiyima D03 + 36v PSU or thr Fosi DA2120C which both have Optical and will be easier to connect them to my TV which how i use the pioneer avr now.
My speakers are Wherfadale Diamond 12.2.
Tried to search locally for something used but the market here in the Middle East is too low to find something around my budget (150$ish).
does the Aiyiama D03 with 36v or the Fosi can handle my speakers like the Pioneer AVR i have or they have less power?

Total max output for either amplifier really depends on what power supply you get. 36 volts is highest recommended voltage for either, and provided that the power supply can deliver 36 volts @ 5 amps of current, either amplifier ought to closely match your Pioneer's max power output capability.

Yes i will be getting a 36v PSU over the 32v.
You think the price difference between the D03 and Fosi (45$) for paying for the Fosi or the D03 should be sufficient?
