For international ordering you would just email us and we can get the process started.

We don't offer more than 3ch using the NCx500 module...there is zero audible benefit using the NCx500 for surround and atmos speakers vs. the the NC252/NC502 models.

Have the same and have to agree with you. Would be nice to see testing of this unit in BTL configuration.

As @MicroAudio posted, even if you left the 3ch NCx500 in idle indefinitely, it does not get that hot. In fact when I tested one of the rack builds in my own setup, the AC Infinity Aircom would never come on while sitting idle, even though the thermal probe was placed right next to the SMPS and the temp for triggering on was set to 84F.

Couple of questions as I integrate AC Infiniti T5 cooling into my Buckeye rack mount amps. Would like to do it right first time as I have t remove the amps.
If beside the SMPS the optimal location for the AC Infiniti temp probe, where would the optimal location be in a 8 channel NC252MP amp?
Whats the best way to enable the probe to be placed inside the amp? Is there a suitable hole already in the case, or do I need to drill one? If so, any value in adding a 3.5mm jack or just feed it through?

When I used a probe with my AC Infinity, I placed it almost dead center between the (4) modules, slightly closer to one of the modules (doesn't matter which one).
You'd have to drill your own hole if you want to feed it through the back

Have a quick question, is there a idle power consumption difference between the 2 channel and 3 channel ncx500?
Planning on running 2 philharmonic HT towers and 1 HT center channel for LCR.
