Sorry, but at my age, there's no way that I can read the numbers or legends on those graphs. Could you please make scalable ones available? It's the same on the website.

Similar dip in the sound power response around the crossover region. I would be really curious how a 1” tweeter version would perform, as the tweeter in this model has such a wide dispersion (+/-50° for -6dB) that the Sound Power is basically flat >3kHz.

As far as I know, Mads buchardt sends A500 to amirm first.

I expect that A500 will be reviewed first in July.

The review of the A700 is likely to be available by the end of the year.

I've just been reading the A700 Hub manual, and according to that the USB volume can only be controlled from the source device, eg your PC. If that's really the case, it's a deal breaker for me. The volume for other inputs can be controlled from the remote, so why this restriction?

As I said, a deal breaker, and very disappointing too.

That's what I seemed to remember, but I only see a "what if" mention in https://www.buchardtaudio.com/a500-detailed-description. Guess we'll see.

WAF is more important in consumer sector, so if you want wide baffles you'll have to buy pro stuff (there are rare exceptions, but they are what they are - rare).

Buchard A700 is now shipping in the US. I hope somebody in ASR gets a chance to take spinorama measurements. I'm hoping this has lower harmonic distortion compared to A500.

Thanks for this. I have a pair of the a500s coming and assume similar mastertunings to these will be available for the 500s. My preference was the stock for everything except the low end in which case i preferred the 30hz tuning.
