Breeze Audio DU-D8 help needed.

I received a new Breeze Audio DU-D8. I purchased it with the intent of converting the output from my Mac Mini USB to my DAC with any of the output choices.

Specs are as follows
Brand: breeze
Name: XMOS Digital audio system
Origin: China Foshan
Input: USB data cable
Output: coaxial, fiber optic, IIS (RJ45 Ethernet port), AES / EBU
Bit depth: 16bit 24bit 32bit
Environment: Windows / MAC / part of the mobile device (phone, tablet)

My problem is the Mac Mini recognizes the output and I can click on it in the settings menu however at the DAC there is no signal.

I tried both fiber optic and AES/EBU.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, no. These are simple devices and either work, or not. Typical problems are USB software/computer issues (often solved with a reboot but not always), or the device itself being broken.

I note that this particular seller has a whole list of drivers to download. (they seem to be for Windows, so no idea if applicable for Mac OS), have you installed similar drivers ?

Found it! It was the wrong bi rate in the audio midi app.
