box kz and eartips deform

What material are the KZ EDX Pro and EDC Pro eartips made of? The box of these devices has a plastic base where the headphones are inserted, forming a low relief and underneath this plastic contains the cable and eartips. Are they being pressed when the box is closed and does this pressure deform and damage the eartips and cable?

The pressure does not deform or damage the eartips or the cable.

The eartips are made from silicone.
