BluRay player + DAC suggestions?

Decent, non-pricey Blu Ray player with emphasis on good audio? Maybe audio HDMI out? Inexpensive DAC to plug Blu Ray player audio into. DAC must have RCA out, inputs, coaxial, optical, HDMI at least, USB optional.

Panasonic UB420 or 820, depending on TV. Would be more interested to get the purpose of this. Not figuring out what your chain is going to look like.

You can’t use hdmi from a player into a dac that supports i2s, which is identical to an hdmi cable

You’re going to watch movies and that means hdmi to an AVR or processor.
