I was in contact with NAD support concerning the Bluos handling of the subwoofer output.
The latest reaction of NAD was this:

Hello Rene,
Thank you for getting back to me.
This feature is implemented in BluOS to provide enhanced control over the bass and cross over.
If you require full-range Sub, it is possible to achieve this by using an RCA 3-way cable connected between the "main in" and the "pre out" on the C3050 then have the sub woofer conneted to that cable turn the Sub woofer toggle off in BluOS.
This will then achieve the full range for your subwoofer and speakers.
However, as this may not be desirable and given that we have received additional reports concerning the full-range subwoofer, I have escalated this matter to our QA team for their evaluation in a future update.

This concerns the bug in Bluos (according to me) that when you activate the subwoofer output in Bluos, it automatically activates a) a low pass to the subwoofer and b) a high pass to the loudspeakers.
This way you can I) never give the subwoofer a full range signal and you can II) never give your loudspeakers a full range signal while being supported by the subwoofer. (And having pair B in an other room without subwoofer is thus a problem....)
I have asked if they can (in Bluos) seperate activation of the subwoofer and activation of the crossover. Giving the Bluos user the control that they should expect from a good software front end.
I am posting this, hoping that other Bluos users also request these features. That way increasing the chances of getting this done in a future update.
I have requested this through NAD and through BLUOS directly.
