Bluetooth (again)

Hello All,
I have a headless amplifier setup (Focal) in my car. I would like to put a Bluetooth receiver onto it RCA inputs. So far, I’ve been connecting to it from my iPhone with a cable but would rather have it wireless.
Could I have some recommendations as to high-quality Bluetooth receivers that output at preamp levels?

I'd recommend the Creative Labs BT-W6 rather than the FiiO BT11, based on the reviews.

I have the BT-W6. It works! For HD music. Latency is too high for video though.

Note that this is for getting lossless HD audio out of your phone. It's not a Bluetooth receiver with RCA out.
