I had those Blue room Minipod Speakers in a box for the last 8 years after moving NE -> FL where they'd been used as rear surrounds in an HT system. Always planned to use them for something. After reading the review of the Fosi ZA3 amp by @amirm , I decided to use them to update my office set up. The are very neutral sounding speakers in the NF, image very well, maybe a slight roll off in the highs (or my ears not as sensitive as they were at almost 60...), but respond well to some EQ. Almost a tad too laid back for my taste, but the EQ takes care of that using EQMac app. I like a more "forward" treble myself. The company made a sub for them too, but I don't have it. If I didn't already have those speakers, would have gone active, but the Fosi seems a good combo with them.
