Bigger subwoofer

I'm not sure I understand the question (it's hard for me to understand the text)

I have an audio pro add on 8" 150 watt 35hz crossover 60hz

Sometimes when i play at 100% from my wiim amp pro i want a little higher limit from my subwoofer = cleaner less distorted bass

Sound is faily clean from my main speakers but can happen to distort from my subwoofer, for the bass to follow my main speakers with no distortion in 99.9 % of the time, i need/want a subwoofer with higher limit

If my sub where in a 10" version i might try to find one

It's only at the most extreme just shy of party level i need more headroom, higher limit + just keep up with my main speaker until they get 100% and don't distort noticeable

If my sub where a Dali sub E-9 F i would look for a Dali Sub E-12 F, if i had a B&W ASW 608 i would go looking for a ASW610, just a level up in power, limit so very loud music is cleaner with less distortion do to a higher limit, headroom from the sub

Crossover of 60hz helps my main speaker play loud and amiri say the wiim amp pro might have a limiter since it at 100% don't distort.

Like with some floorstands speaker you can get some distortion before the twetter and midrange reach it's max spl with the amp you have

You therefor need 1 or 2 sub (and a crossover that cuts the deepest bass from the main speakers HPF) or bi amp (if possible) the speakers for less distorted bass at high levels.

My max spl is determend by my amp and main speaker

And adding one more Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8" Pro Addon subwoofer 8" gives you 2x 8" 150 watts.
So 300 watts with a surface area of two 8 inch bass drivers that pump about the same amount of air as a 12 inch subwoofer. Then there is the question of whether the Audio Pro Addon sub in itself has a sensible x-max/stroke length, so the potential to pump air is there in a good way. But you seem to like that Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8" in itself so I assume that it exists, that you think so.

Two Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8" result in them sharing the subwoofer burden and that leads to cleaner less distorted bass. IF you think that in itself then results in enough more cleaner less distorted bass is another matter. However, cleaner less distorted bass there will be with two subwoofers. :)

That if you like your Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8". If you want to get further down in frequency you need another sub.

Plus if you can get a used Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8" for 100 Euro/ $120? I don't know anything about that.

Edit:
Then if we're talking about a low hifi budget, we shouldn't forget that you can sell your Audio Pro Addon subwoofer 8". With that money plus 100 Euro/ $120
you should be enough to get a not too old, sensible used 12 inch subwoofer. :)
New 12 inch subwoofer (because 12 inch is mentioned in the thread as a recommendation), it probably won't be enough money.

I wrote i payed 60 for one sub lates sw-5 sub is 350 euros and can be had new under 300 euros

Time delay/syncing between sub and main spakers i don't think works as good with 2 subs as with one

My sub is called audio pro addon sub

It depends on how you place the subwoofers.

Do you have the option to set time delay speakers -sub via your Wiim Amp Pro? If so and IF you can't do it for multiple subwoofers, (sub 1- X time delay, sub 2 - Y time delay) then you should make sure that both of your subwoofers are placed at the same distance. For example, if you have the same distance from the front right corner as from the back left corner to your listening position, the same time delay speaker-sub works well if you place your subwoofers in these corners. If you can't place them like that or in some other way with equal distance, then you might want to consider just a larger subwoofer instead.

Another tip. Save up a little more money for your subwoofer budget. Don't buy one now. You're so limited in your choices.

Okay, but can you set different time delays at the same time? X ms delay to sub 1 and Y ms delay to sub 2? If you can, it's easy to integrate, regarding time delay, two subwoofers. If you can't, the subwoofers need to be at the same listening distance from you.

Edit:
Then this about playing in phase as the sound bounces around the listening room. If you are curious, I can recommend this video that addresses the topic: :)

no only one sub

...Klipsch R-120SW that I bought new for $250....
It may be that it's a lot of subwoofer for little money, but it's still a lot more than the 100 Euro/ $120 that is TS subwoofer budget.

It's impossible to get a new 12 inch subwoofer for $120. You just have to focus on the used market if you want to have a chance. If you're super lucky, you might be able to get an Klipsch R-120SW for $120.

Edit:
Actually, even used. $120 for a 12 inch subwoofer. With luck, you might be able to get a good used subwoofer that's not too old, but I'm skeptical. The budget needs to be a bigger than that. There's no way around it.
You need some luck but if your local area has a good secondary market, it's totally possible. I have 2x 12" subs I got for $125 each used. I live in the bay area in the US which has a high population, but if you are far from big cities, you'll have to be patient to get such deals.

Jamo S 800 sub used to be able to buy on amazon.com very cheap

Nothing like that in a 10 or 12" version in europe new or used, 125 euros for a new Jamo S 810 i would pay that,
although i don't know the quality of the sub but usually they are good

Well maybe. It depends on how old they are as used. The two cheapest new 12 inch subwoofers I found for sale in Sweden are:

Fenton SHFS12B: $299

And...

Polk Monitor XT12: $400

With the incredible power of 50 watts RMS:

Sooner or later you can find them on the used market for around $100 -$125. The only question is how long it takes before they get down to that level?

I have no idea if they are good but a subwoofer with a 50 watt amp. It's completely out of the question that I would buy such a sub with such a pitiful amp.

And Fenton. I haven't heard of that brand. Is it some super cheep budget brand? I hadn't touched that subwoofer with pliers before I even checked out the company.....which I did now, a quick check...I hadn't touched that subwoofer with pliers.

I tried again with full power (volume at 100%) at 90% limit and with very bass heavy music and harman target curve

There is a little distortion from my sub

Speedwoofer 10E ?

RSL’s 10E should do that for you. I’d also suggest crossing quite a bit higher with the Wiim. I use the sub out feature and room correction, and keep the crossover closer to 100hz. I’ve gone as high as 120hz with it but 90-100hz is just right.

I have a couple of RSL 12” subs, but used a Polk 10 and now a Klipsch 12 in this setup. I will be going to an RSL 10 in the near term. The RSL subs are really on a different level from anything I’ve used at home.

The retail price for a new Speedwoofer 10e is really good and it sounds good to

Im not shure about buying from uk to "europe" No used speedwoofer 10E

Im also not shure about a crossover as high as 100hz

The adjustments of the sub is good, i just feel even at 90% limit from the amp, that it at that level my sub can distort

Set limited to 100% turn the volume all the way up to 100% the sub keeps up (or just follow the required volume with no overload of the sub and the built in amp in the sub)

It's in a corner

it just needs to be bigger, more powerfull if i wanna have it play, follow the required volume with no overload of the sub, built in amp in the sub

Aha you already have it placed in a corner. Then all that remains is to get a beefier sub if you want more and better bass umpf.

So now you have increased your budget to around $300. That considering that you are considering an RSL Speedwoofer 10E. That was good. You have more to choose from.:)
The Speedwoofer 10E is more powerful than your Audio Pro Addon so why not. :)

If you have space in your listening room with a big subwoofer plus the ability to build something, do what @Flaesh did, #34. Such a sub, without knowing anything about it, completely overpowers the subwoofers you have considered in this thread. But okay everyone may neither want nor have the ability to build their own subwoofers.

I just wanna have it keep up with the main speakers

Wiim room fit adjust the bass so it's flatter as someone wrote it's better at room correction then speaker correction

It's not at all hard to find something loud and inexpensive Behringer DR18SUB 18" 30hz, peak 2400 watt 129db 412-413 euros new, but downscale it to a 10" hifi subwoofer stil with power is hard to find, speedwoofer 10e is just one.

Im not shure about shipping and total price from uk if they take it. it's +20 euros handling fee and 25% vat + what ever shipping might be (free shipping is only i ther country it's sol or if you buy for a certain amount)

Something like this we don't have in europe (the 8" version is $140)
