Beyerdynamic Headphone Lab and factory profiles

Beyerdynamic released the Headphone Lab during NAMM. While the plug-in looks similar to what other were offering for a while, the interesting part is that the DT 700 PRO X, DT 900 PRO X, DT 1770 PRO MKII, and DT 1990 PRO MKII were checked at the factory and every headphone has their "factory profile" (associated with their serial number), which is something I've seen done for headphones for the first time. I don’t think anyone tried to look at the calibration file yet, but it sounds like something that could be used as a source for the ultimate EQ, unless it’s some obfuscated proprietary format.
