Best wired IEM with cord that doesn't loop behind ears

I'd recommend JBL Endurance Run 2 as a cheap option.
Hi,
After this recommendation I decided to read more about them and I have purchased them. Unfortunately, the "stethoscope effect" is very strong with the cable. And it is the strongest the closer to the earbuds. I gently tap on the cable, without music, near the 3.5mm connector and barely hear anything. I keep tapping on the cable and the sound is getting stronger the closer I get to the buds themselves.

In case, others have them, do you experience the same thing?

I will be returning them because casually walking around with the cable rubbing against my clothes, or just turning my head, makes constant distracting noises.

moondrop lan and carefully cut off the ear plastic and you can wear them cable down no problem very comfortable

Replying to myself:
I have purchased the wired 1More Triple Driver (open box brand new). The stethoscope effect is very subdued and not distracting compared with the JBL.
