Best Surround Speakers under $200/Pair?

I have a Dolby DTS Atmos capable Denon x3800h receiver and I have extra Fosi V3 Monoblocks.

Currently I have

JBL 306MK2 rear channel
Aerial 10t v2 mains
Aerial cc6 center

Two HSU 15in subs

I want to add at least two more pairs of speakers

Preferably white and low distortion at up to 100db.

Possible for under $200/pair?

Used market is full of assorted Klipsch, Polk
A kef here and there
