Looking for suggestions on speakers to use behind Acoustic screen, 3 identical LCR.

medium sized room and keeping cost down so 500 or less per speaker. Although maybe able to stretch alittle higher if alot to be gained.

I don’t think you will ever do better than the JBL 590… on sale now at $399 each. Large floor stander, compression driver, free shipping, free returns… not sure how it is possible to sell them for that..

Probably 11 to 14 feet? Yes two sub eventually, one svs P-1000 to start

The JBL 530 was reviewed by Amir here which showed to be a nice bookshelf… good frequency response, directivity etc… The dual 8 inch woofers should be helpful for playing at high volumes.

The JBL's are a killer deal at $399 and would likely blow away many speakers costing 6 or 7 times as much.
