The Fun Generation UA-202 is probably a better bet at that level. Internal photos show a genuine TI codec like the Behringer used to have, not the lower performing clone they switched to later, and it's got a transformer isolated coax digital output like the OP asked for, not the optical on the Behringer. It also costs less.

that's a nice option

Then don't bother getting an add-in card. If your motherboard has a coax output, just use that. Toslink is even better, as it has zero risk of causing a ground loop.
I just love optical, poor man's XLR
