Best noise-cancelling headphone for the money?

Hello fellow ASR members,

I'm in the market for a new noise cancelling headphone. I will be travelling soon (next month).

I have the KEF Mu7 and they are good at ANC, but not at the same level vs. some of the big players in the market such as Sony and Bose.
However, I cannot justify spending hundreds of dollars on a noise cancelling headphone. I'd rather spend that same money to upgrade my growing headphone collection!

Specifically, I'm trying to find a noise cancelling headphone under $200 that focuses on ANC in the lower and upper midrange frequencies more than bass / treble.
This is rather tough to do, since it seems like only the costliest options on the market, are suitable for such a use case.

- I don't care about the brand (doesn't have to be brand name or well known)
- Doesn't matter how good they sound (mostly for watching movies at moderate volume)
- More microphones dedicated to ANC (more than 5 mics dedicated to ANC and a built-in microphone for calls)

Recommendations are much appreciated.

It's <$200, but still offers superb isolation, especially in the midrange where many others struggle.
