Once you do find your personal target and get good fits though, IME, iems make you start questioning owning much more expensive headphones and, even more, makes you question the tonal and detail quality of most speaker sets.

That just means one is learning.

I'm a bit surprised to see IEM's don't really get the same treatment though in many cases. There really seems to be zero cost to performance correlation in IME's, yet people still toss out pricey ones with multiple drivers even though we've seen time and time again it's just not a necessary addition and often perform worse than cheap single driver iems.

I got curious when Tone Deaf Monk says,"It is probably my favorite single dynamic driver at any price point."

KEFINE QUATIO The destroyer for $130
I have the Delci which I adore but sadly it stopped working. Quatio seems to be almost entirely the exact same thing

Kefine Delci is excellent.

Kefine Klean is a substantial step down in every regard.

I remain cautious about this new model.

LMAO. The right channel of the Delci just died. It sounds significantly lower than the left side. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it. I guess I will be buying the Quatio to see how they are after all.

Try to check and if necessary clean the filters on the nozzles

That is usually a sign of condensation inside the shell. Buy a bag of silica and leave the earpiece inside a sealed small bag/box with said silica for a day or two. If that doesn't work out, you can try using a hairdryer to heat the earpiece (while being careful as to not to deglue anything) and then using the silica method again.

Exact same thing that happened to mine. Mine is weird however. It works fine when I use it but after 20 minutes or so the audio disappears from the right one. When I leave them for a few hours it goes back to normal for a short moment

Like already mentioned is condensation more than likely, it happens to all my alloy IEMs in cold weather, storing them with a silica bag helps but for outdoors I have to use a resin set otherwise they get clogged pretty fast.

Tonedeafmonk is known to be a rather big shill of every product that comes his way, I’d take whatever he says with a 1/2kg of rock salt
