I am setting up a home studio and I need your support to find a monitor for a round $ 200 +/-, I'm thinking of an Adam Audio T7v, thank in advance.

You can find JBL P306 MKII for around 200$ a peace but I would suggest you to try to find Yamaha HS7 as a minimum for serious work & if you find them for 260$ a peace be happy.
You could buy & mod Pioneer BS22 but those are speakers only & will involve some work.

At the $200 price range, the leading options are JBL Lsr305, JBL Lsr306, or Kali LP6. All will be a bit more than $200 for the pair standard pricing, but special sales and used options pop up often for $200 or less per pair. Of these, the safest bet is on the JBL lsr305 because it was tested here by amirm. But the Kali LP6 is really popular.
