Best dongle or portable 3.5mm TRS to USB-C ADC?

I am looking for the best portable ADC to go from a microphone preamp with 3.5mm stereo TRS out, to a USB-C device such as a phone. Most of the items I see in this category are no-name brands with very little in the way of specs. The E1DA Cosmos is nice but a bit bulky and only takes XLR input. Suggestions and personal experiences welcome. Thank you!

You can find tons of USB-C dongles with a microphone input, but those won't work (well) with a preamp Line output.

The only dongle-like device I know of, that accepts Line-level signals, is the Rode AI-Micro.
