Best Digital Phono preamp

Well, then you answer me ... support is the answer.

I don't live in USA, so I don't have any support with both products ... I can choose only based on features.
Maybe that's why "made in China" from decent companies is not something "bad" for us (non US residents) ... even many americans use a made in China Iphone without any complain.
Support is always preferable and not universally dependent on country of origin - especially something to note as I type this on my iPhone 11. I think perhaps my position on country of origin is somewhat misunderstood. Many fine products are manufactured in China. Sometimes I am able to purchase more "local" such as the Waxwing, Schiit Modius, JDS Labs Element 3 MK2, Quicksilver Audio Amps, Reference 3A(Canada), etc. I may pay a little more but glean some satisfaction from supporting a more "local" economy, Believe me, China is not being neglected - I recently purchased some roasted pumpkin seeds and discovered they were shipped from China. If the price is so low as to be somewhat questionable, support may be an unrealistic expectation.

It's ok, totally understandable.

Has anyone suggested the E1DA Cosmos APU + ADCiso for digitizing vinyl?
With a +34/+60dB preamp, RMAA EQ and a powerful ADC it can give amazing results for MM and MC.
Maybe not as amateurish in terms of connections, drivers and software, but the hardware is undoubtedly the best.

Just to confirm after receiving both my Sony HA-T10 SUT and Mini DSP adept that it works very well in terms of output.
I feed these to my Pioneer LX-805 (but it would work with any dac preamp with volume control). I have very good amount of output headroom and granular volume control without the need to sacrifice on input headroom at the phono stage. This is a truly state-of-the art affordable solution (as is the waxwing in terms of features). Kudos to MiniDSP and hope to see amir measurements of the Adept very soon!

Hi, what do you think about the sound of ADept, can it be defined as an audiophile sound in your opinion?
I already owned an M2Tech Joplin (https://www.m2tech.biz/products/rockstars-series/joplin-mkiii/?lang=en), excellent technical characteristics but i wasn't satisfied with it compared to an analog phono like Audio Note M5 phono or Klimo Merlin Ultimate.
Today I would like to buy the minidsp ADept, for this reason I ask you.

Hi, it depends on what you call audiophile. After a quick look at the analog phonos you mentioned, you seem to like tube-based amplifiers. The Adept is a state-of-the art phono preamp meaning the RIAA curve is digital (and perfect), the input buffer of 24/26db is very good and it provides 40 to 60db of digital gain. Therefore, this is as neutral as a phono preamp can be, so no distortion "warm" if this is something you're after. As a discloser, I tend to prefer neutral sounding components and rely on PEQ or effects at the source level (cartdridge...) for personal preferences.

if you like tube preamp maybe look at the Pro-Ject Tube Box DS3 B

The Adept is just that using the same ADC chip as the E1DAC Cosmos ADCiso (ESS ES9842 Pro is the 4 channels version of the ESS ES9822 Pro) with phono input impedance and capacitance matching.
