Best DAC that can be controlled with an Apple TV remote?

Hey folks,

My current setups are:

#1: B&W Nautilus 801s, Benchmark AHB2, Topping D90 (original model), Apple TV source/Wiim Pro sreamer.
#2: B&W Matrix 801 S2s, McIntosh MC7200 power amp, Apple TV/Wiim Ultra source

In setup one, I taught the Apple TV IR remote how to control the volume control for the D90. In setup two, because the Wiim has a HDMI ARC/CEC connection to the Wiim, the Apple TV remote's volume control's the Wiim volume (which also functions as the DAC).

I'm itching to upgrade the DAC on my main system, but I do love the simplicity of a single Apple TV remote. It seems that all the subsequent Topping DACs including the D900 moved to bluetooth remotes which the Apple TV remote cannot learn. They also don't have HDMI.

Any advice on what options I have here or do I just need to wait for Wiim to bring out a high-end streamer/DAC combo?

Doubt the dac has anything to do with your particular issues.

I'd try with Wiim Ultra from the HDMI input, just buy from a source with NQAMB return policy.

TV with HDMI-CEC ARC port required of course, Stereo PCM selected

Sorry I should have clarified that the Wiim Ultra does exactly what I want as it does use the HDMI-CEC to my Apple TV so I can control the volume on the Apple TV remote. Currently the D90 works almost as well, but subsequent versions of the D90 seem to have dropped IR without HDMI-CEC, meaning my Apple TV remote can't work anymore. Are there any work arounds or other DACs out there that surpass the D90 (first version) that either have an IR input or have HDMI-CEC capability?
