Best DAC + hp amp with only USB power?

At 35 Ohms and 105dB/mW , the Elegia are significantly easy to drive by most headphone standards. The Da3 should have no issues driving it on its balanced output.
How good it sounds of course is completely subjective to your preference though.

Hello m900! I was in luck. Thomann didn’t have these in stock so I emailed one local niche reseller and they had one unit and sold it to me brand new with a significant discount. 
This will probably replace my Ifi Nano Black Label. Will do some testing today.
