I have a power amp just about 2x50 watt and 2x100 watt in 8 and 4 ohm at 1 khz i think it could be at 1% thd not shure if it's 10% thd

I like it but the bass isn't the best, so i want to use one of the small but still powerfull class d amps instead, because of my limited budget of 200 euros mabye 250 euros it won't be top of the line as long as it sounds goos and have enough power im fine with it.

Atm im trying my Fosi Audio BT20A + q acoustics 2010i and are a litte amazed of how good it sounds but more of how loud it can be despite not being the most sensitve, powerfull speakers. They are not my main spaeakers, that is Mission LX 2

What is the best Topping PA3S, Loxji a30, smsl A100 (cheap) or what ever i have forgotten atleast in the 80's watt rated in 4 ohm so there is a little more than 30-40 watt pr channel i 4 ohm

Get the Audiophonics Hypex. That's not entry level.

The cheapest offer I see by Audiophonics for Hypex amps is 399 euro, and right now I think they offer free shipping. That's twice of the op budget though.

That's twice the OP budget + unusable without already some DAC or preamp.

Did I miss something or you don't already have a DAC or any other sources?

I would compromise when it comes to size and look for a used Yamaha R-S700 for 200€ or 250€. I made a post about it here:

You get a lot of power and functionality for your money.

Basically i have everything i need, i just realized after the return periode ended that i wanted the better bass from the noisey pa amp i only had a few days before returning.

I want better bass and enough power

AUDIOPHONICS MPA-S125NC is 400 euros + what ever come sextra taxes fee, shipping same price with rca,xlr

IOTAVX PA3 is also 400 euros but as power full as the amp from audiophonics

Couldn't find any used hypex based or from iotavx with no fan for 200-300 euros

Maybe a simple subwoofer would do the deed of enhancing your bass? Used ones would do the trick. If you are clever, you may be able to get two of the same type.

If coupled later with a MiniDSP, you could remove bass from the main speakers, thus getting into real nice and clean territory.

It is my experience that changing amps, to change tonality, doesn't work that well, if at all.

no no no no

NO subwoofer

The other amp i had was simply more power full and im shure the difference in damping factor also made a difference.

I don't like it when people suggest a subwoofer when it's not a subwoofer that would give better bass, better bass in no way adding more bass or deeper bass, but control, tightness, firmer bass, more precise bass, more dynamic bass, having an amp with more current, better daming factor and more power can give better bass

You seem to be fighting this fight for some time now:

I think you should consider accumulating more money and buy nothing for now. Save up for a proper power amp (NC252MP or NC502MP modules are beyond doubt and you need 500€ to 700€), one you will use for decades.

A German proverb says: If you buy cheap, you buy twice.

I would certainly get the MPA-S125NC, for it's good measurements (basically, the NC122MP measures like the NC252MP and NC502MP modules until max power) and more power:

MPA-S125NC:
2x125W@4Ω, 200W bridged
2x75W@8Ω, 250W bridged

PA3:
2x90W@4Ω, 180W bridged
2x45W@8Ω, 100W brdiged

I had the MPA-S250NC RCA (NC252MP module) and the build was nice. The trigger can be triggered from a RaspberryPis GPIO or USB port on a computer, very comfy. The only thing i didn't like was the form factor, which fits better on a desktop than into a classic Hifi rack.

Audiophonics do make mono amps so 2 would be about standard in size

For some reason they costs 339 euros each where the stereo amp costs 499 euros

im not shure about bridging since my speakers are 6 ohm going down to 4.4ohm

I couldn't find any used IOTAVX PA3 or AUDIOPHONICS MPA-S125NC from europe

in uk you can get an iotavx PA3 for £299 and refurbished for £249 in europe The PA3 costs 399 euros or £333

I wonder why Hifipilot.de doesn't have an good offer on the PA3

Indeed.

The MPA-S125NC Stereo is 399€. It's more, true, but you get two channels and some flexibility.

Again, i would save some more money and go for the MPA-S250NC instead. No need to bridge or buy twice. It marks the sweet spot.
Next interesting offer comes with the HPA-S400ET at 1500€. Everything in between, or lower, i would ignore.

If it has to be below the MPA-S250NC, i would still go for a used R-S700 for 200€ or less. I don't see the PA3 or MPA-S125NC offering anything of value over the R-S700 that is worth the price.

im not shure about bridging since my speakers are 6 ohm going down to 4.4ohm
Documentation says 4 ohms minimum, you would be within specs:

You meant, there is no R-S700 right now. Where do you live and where do you look?

As for hum, i wouldn't accept a defective unit either. Luckily, you can send it back and get a new one.

Didn't know that one, bookmarked.

Where do you live? I'm in Germany and Ebay Kleinanzeigen is my main source of gear (and entertainment: Was letzte Preis?). This is on the market right now:
  1. 245€ VB: Receiver Yamaha R-S700 mit FB und BA, topgepflegt + revidiert
  2. 300€ FP: Yamaha R-S700 Verstärker / Receiver
  3. 333€ VB: Yamaha R-S 700 - Silber Niedersachsen
  4. 320€ VB: Yamaha R-S700 HiFi Anlage mit Magnat Boxen
  5. 240€ VB: Yamaha R-S 700 Reiceiver Verstärker silber
All of them, except the 330€ with the speakers, will ship. All of them, except the 300€ one (which is me), accept offers. Getting one of them to agree to 200€ should be possible.
