I researched the best bluetooth headphones as I spend long hours working on my laptop and my doctor advised me to reduce noise stress and avoid ear fatigue. i have been experiencing constant distractions, mild headaches, and poor focus because of background noise at home and during travel. i went through reviews from trusted sources like Wirecutter, TechRadar, and RTINGS and after comparing many options these two kept coming up as the top choices:

SHOKZ OpenRun Pro-Bone Bluetooth Headphones

Beats Studio Pro Bluetooth Headphone

https://www.amazon.com/Beats-Studio-Pro-Personalized-Compatibility/dp/B0C8PR4W22/?th=1

however, i am having trouble deciding which one would be better for me and i would love to get your expert advice and hoping maybe some audiophiles, remote workers, or frequent travelers on this forum can also share their advice.
i usually work 6–8 hours a day, take calls, and listen to music while commuting, so comfort and noise cancellation really matter to me. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

This does not block any noise. At all.

There are much better options that block significantly more noise:

If you're looking for the best possible noise isolation, then this is the only resource you need: https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/table/186044

Sound quality is dubious also. Frequency response of the bone conduction is nothing like normal ear canal based hearing. They are a compromise between music, and allowing all outside sound in at the same time. I was very glad to move to Apple Airpod pro with the transparency mode.
