Hello everyone! Today I want to inroduce the BerryBak BLV-D3 2.1 amplifier.

This amplifier is based on two TPA3116 Class D chips, which allows for a dedicated passive subwoofer connection.

It features an integrated and pre-adjusted ADAU1701 DSP.

While the DSP shouldn't be modified, the board does include an ICP input.

Performance & Real-World Usage.

In daily use,I powered it with a USB-C PD charger and noticed no issues at moderate volume levels.
However, since I was asked to provide music for a New Year's Eve party,I switched to a high-quality Tridonic PSU for more headroom.

The music remained loud and clear even at high volumes. The amplifier easily powered a pair of Philips MCM8 speakers and a passive Focal subwoofer.

Conclusion
The BerryBak BLV-D3 is an impressive, cost-effective 2.1 amplifier that delivers solid performance and versatile power options.

I am glad that you had a good experience. I purchased the BerryBak preamp version with same DSP but no amplifier and it sounded terrible. I have some good test equipment and a DSP programming board that works with the Wondom DSP products. The frequency response for the hi and low pass outputs was way off and the potentiometers had no effect. The DSP software on mine was corrupted somehow and that was the reason for the terrible sound. Fortunately, Amazon let me return it. Wondom needs to improve their quality control.
