Hi I am a complete beginner when it comes to REW I have been trying to learn about it over the last few months and still have a long way to go.
I recently rearranged my small HT room to allow for better speaker placement options, and I am looking for feedback and advice on how to use REW to determine if the speakers are in a good location and if my DIY broadband absorbers are helping or making it worse.
I have just placed 6 X broadband absobers in the room as well i have only mounted the front 2 at the first reflection location the other 4 are in temp locations till i can work out how to best place them (2 are on the rear wall at ear height or slightly above and the other 2 are leaning against the rear side wall.
Seeking advice on what are the best graphs to use and how to interpret to results, I have been using AI, youtube etc etc to help me along the way which is why the speakers are in the current location, I am now seeking advice on how to further improve things and what to look out for.
Any help and feedback on my Mdat files would be much appreciated
