Focus on reading resources covering the basics of physics of sound, acoustics, psychoacoustics, and so on. You can start from "what is sound" and go from there. Once you understand how sound and audio works fundamentally, you can see for yourself which gear reviews make sense and witch don't.
In other words try to learn about audio outside of the hi-fi context entirely before getting into the gear stuff.

I asked GROK for some audiophile information and told it that it sounded like a used car salesman with its mfg specific references. It gave me a conciliatory response. I got the impression it was telling me what I wanted to hear.
I consistently find many YouTube’s music related channels great while audio channels are generally awful. Keep in mind they’re always trying to sell you something, either praising gear to push sales or criticizing one product so you’ll buy the one they’re promoting. Some channels can give you useful basic info about how gear looks or functions, which works well in video format compared to articles. But it’s best to completely ignore everything they say about sound. All subjective, opinion-based audio gear content is BS and there's no exceptions.
We definitely need more educational videos. I have a long list to still do. Finding the motivation is hard. If you can be specific about what you want to learn, I will add them to my TODO list.
