Guinness zero is very good.
Guinness is my favourite beer, I didn't know they had a zero version, thanks I will definitely pick some up!.
They were having supply problems with the zero version for a while, I believe it's fixed now.

I've had a couple of decent non-alcoholic ones from Brew York. They had the benefit of not sharing their name with an alcoholic version that I was familiar with, which inevitably sets a high bar of expectation. If I'd tried Brewdog's AF varieties blind I might have been less disappointed than with the expectations they set up with the name and packaging. I've not tried the Guinness yet, but friends have been generally positive about it.

Black Sheep. Proper beer
At home - usually "Holy Faith", zero alcohol.
When I go out usually something from the St Ives or St Austell brewery. If not, anything brewed and bottled in country of origin, using only the four real ingredients of beer (1415 laws), like true Budweiser/Budvar...
My pet hate is supermarket lagers that fake-up being proper European brands, when in fact they're brewed in the UK, in Bedford or Northampton usually, and are a bit generic - tasting nothing like the real thing (Stella, Heineken, San Miguel - you name it, all just branding exercises).

No argument - we all like we like, but trust me, it used to be a lot better! Like so many things that get en-cheapened these days.It tastes good.
On the subject of beer, I was warm on the beach earlier, so I fancied a lager.
I was out to get (real) Budweiser (i.e. the one that obeys the 1514 laws and is made where it claims, not the disgusting chemical one), but to my horror they were out of it!
I saw some Hawkestone Lager on the shelf, and checked the ingredients, and it seems to be non-fake, "actual beer"....
Given that it's Jeremy Clarkson's beer, imagine the guffaws and eye-rolling I received back home....
But in fact it's a very good lager! Drinkers preferring no real flavour might not like it - it's more of a Madras than a Korma (not a good comparison, but you know what I mean).
Overpriced, of course, but I may only try it once, so no big deal. You may give it a go too!

Today I am quaffing a couple of these.
It's good and has largely been left alone by the owner - Anheuser-Busch InBev. Enjoy it before they start cost-reducing! (they have form on this)
