EDIT: quick flick through some other dnb tracks suggests "Warhead" by Krust and "Deep Minds" by Moving Fusion have some impressive bass extension (to ~10Hz).

Audcaity, import the song, select the portion of the song, and Plot Spectrum.

Even if it goes surprisingly low, it sounds quite "soft" basswise, guess because it is so evenly stretched across lower spectrum.. (?)
