Bass shaker to avr

I like to add a bass shaker to my Sony avr1080 it has 2 lfe. I thought about this

Connected to

Nobsound Mini Bluetooth​

My question is how do u do the wiring’s from monsoons to my AVR?

Most shakers are for most purposes a speaker, so think of that for power needs and frequency response.
