Baffle width difference in a 3 way

I only ever bother with cotton insulation anymore for cabinet damping. I've used just about everything and it all ranges from annoying as hell to handle, not really very effective, or will dissolve into crumbs in 10 years.

I don't really think that stuff is very effective for much.

Parts express has a recycled denim insulation sheet called acousta-blue, one sheet from them goes pretty far. ATS acoustics has some thicker 2" panels.

I couldn't find anything appropriate at Home Depot so i ended up getting 1/2" open cell polyurethane foam sheets from Walmart.

I'm making progress on the bass modules. Almost ready to install the tops and baffles.

All done with the build. I physically time aligned them with a tape measure but haven't taken any measurements yet. Same crossover point as the previous woofers too so there's more work to be done but initial impressions are good.
