Had been using a pair of B&W 702s2 for the past year
Powered by a Pair of NAD C298 in bridged mode
Was really enjoying the pairing
Sub 60 hz was being handled by 3x SVS pb 2000 pro via minidsp SHD, using REW.
Was not getting good bass response sub 60 hz with the b&w towers in my room
I also have a Revel M126 Be, the Berylium tweeters are very smooth and more enjoyable for longer listening sessions.

Had a chance to pick up a pair of Focal Kanta No 2
I had previously read about them and also previously used a Focal 906 bookshelf
Was intrigued to try them, the Berylium tweeters were an added attraction

The finish on these speakers are amazing
Has ports on the front and rear
I placed them close to the wall first and found the bass boomy
Moving them away from the wall around 1m cleaned up the boominess
Was getting really nice bass but the sub 45 hz was cleaner with subs
Measurements with REW reinforced what I heard
The mids are cleaner and have more body
The highs sound very detailed but smooth, non fatiguing but different from the Revel Berylium tweeters

Did not expect such a difference between the B&W and the focal.
