Hi I found Axagon ADA-HC 384 kHz/32-bit SNR: 124dB is this ALC5686 ? It cost 18€ in EU
Or I am better with NiceHCK TC3 ?
I need a good DAC with no hissing and popping and are good for phone calls. I seen on forums and elsewhere DAC with AMP is causing popping sound that means it also would make popping sound in microphone. Also what is the voltage getting out of port ? as microphone need around 3V of voltage so there is no noise in background
I am want to use gaming microphone like V-Moda BoomPro, Ablet boom mic or lavalier like Rode SmartLav+ and need 2.7VDC and Behringer BC Lav (2200 Ohm) it mention it power with phone they are all TRRS and adapter with TRS should work. BOYA BY-M1 1000 Ohm even with battery voltage there is hissing except Apple dac and there is BOYA BY-M1s which is for mobile phone charged from phone with lower impedance 600 Ohm. I even don't know what version of Boya will go no hissing and Rode SmartLav+ have the best quality. I seen reviews connecting into Apple dongle probably US version removes all hissing background noise all because of voltage. Any idea how much Apple USB DAC dongle have voltage out? I have Ugreen US205 USB card and I measured 2.9V with 3.5 AUX cable. I seen reviews that with Sabre sound cards there is no hissing sounds but now new version have 2.9V also. And I seen if there is no hissing sound with low voltage is even better as microphone was set to lower otherwise it was 1% on Mac. Well I have windows and I don't know how to set it up in Android. Or I better buy Rode AI Micro which is USB 3.5 for mic and headphones. So I guess it should bundle/merge audio and microphone for phone call. Or Focusrite Vocaster One (70db Boost) and I think is only XLR microphone and I lose mobility with it and can't walk in house with this for phone call. (trying to find a good open back headhpones with microphone. Turtle Beach Atlas Air (4 reviewers somehow OK sound and 1 reviewer close to Astro A50 semi-closed back more as open back)
There are not many headset with a good microphone. Astro A50 should have it. Clarity is one of best but volume is low. DJI Mic 1,2,3 have headphones jack on USB phone side and it should bundle audio and microphone for phone calls. Also Googling it show it works with phone calls with headphones/headset and it also have Bluetooth. Also Rode Wireless Go have headphone jack. I don't know why is so hard to find a good microphone or headset for phone calls especaially with open-back so I don't hear myself back into earcup and Sony 720 have vacuum so I even hear myself more I use Bose QC25 and I don't hear myself that much. I have Sennheiser HD 598

Axagon have 3 versions of DAC that one with USB-C and USB-C with charging are the most powerful with 30mw @ 32 Ohm
I think the one with USB-C and USB-C with charging are the same.
