Yeah, pretty much worthless, except as marketing material for the manufacturer.

There are zillion more professional reviews on the Anthem AVM 60 multichannel pre/pro, some with few measurements, others without.
This unit would be cool in Amir's hands for a full measured review.

There are zillion more professional reviews on the Anthem AVM 60 multichannel pre/pro, some with few measurements, others without.
This unit would be cool in Amir's hands for a full measured review.

It's going to be 99% the same as the MRX 520 review. Same boards, layout and design, only difference is the toroidal PS and different ADC chip.

I had one along with the MRX 720, same noise floor issues my room.

Your best bet then would be the latest JBL Synthesis SSP or Trinnov Altitude32 surround pre/pro. But first Amir would have to measure them to make sure.
Buy one and send it to Amir for review. I'm sure he'll be highly delighted to play with those. And it would be highly beneficial to the entire audiophile community.

I have one AVM60 however I am in Hong Kong not in state....
