But we unsurprisingly get what is expected performance from a close-to-reference design : 1ET400A + SMPS1200 + transparent buffer board (which is good). Minor differences are due to either production variation or Gain settings. Personally, I would spend a bit more for BoXem Arthur 4215 (for form factor, auto off/on and overall build quality) but none would "sound" any better than the other.

Following up on this post from many months ago. Wondering about these two purifi offerings from Audiophonics, where the only difference is size and casing. Is there any possibility that performance will be different between them, due to signal leakage, worse shielding, etc? I have no idea if these terms are accurate, but you probably understand my point. Hope some of the resident experts can chime in!
