Hi there,
i was interested in buying a balanced headphone amplifier and i found this one interesting

There is a photo of the interrnals. Is it worthwhile?

Can't really say without measurements. The specified 0.001% distortion (under unspecified conditions) is equivalent to -100dB so not too bad but no longer state of the art. They mention having protection on the outputs which is a bonus.
