Year: circa 1983
120Ea - resistance 530-600 Ohms, weight: 5.66g - 5.86g
150Ea - resistance 530-660 Ohms, weight: 7.14g - 7.58g
150E - resistance 770-860 Ohms, weight: 7.15g - 7.38g
Stylus weight: 0.92g to 0.96g

Currently produced with a resistance of 750 Ohms, the entire series weighs 7.2g to 8.5g, with the stylus being lighter in the lower models and heavier in the upper models.

On the left is the gold AT150Ea generator – still used today.
The other two generators are different, as can be seen from the pinout, and are also narrower. They have very similar resistance, around 700 ohms, models ML150 and E50.

Older generation from the 1970s.
First gold? - 20Sla - resistance 485 Ohm
Silver - 15Ea - resistance 750 Ohm
As you can see, older generators did not have a grounded housing.

Older versions of generators, 1970s
12E (a little, not much gold) - resistance 1175 Ohm
Model without symbol - resistance 1180 Ohm

The impedance of Audio Technica cartridges varied greatly, depending on the cartridge model. It varied even within a single model.

Just a curiosity.
An older generator, probably from the 1960s. Resistance: 490 Ohms. Large
A new generator, from the 1980s (asymmetrical pinout), AT-E30, resistance: 660 Ohms. A little one ;)

Probably the most popular generator in the world, used, both historically and currently, in countless models, both under its own brand and under other brands.

AT-VM95C - 550 Ohm resistance
AT- probably AT91/3600 - 465 Ohm
