Audio Switch with Headphone output

I would like a switch that has headphones out. I want to be able to blind test DAC/AMP set ups with headphones. I have not had much luck googling this. I am hoping someone will know of some gear that will allow for this. Appreciate any assistance.

Basically I want to connect two amps/DAC to a box and switch between them, and output to headphones.

I've done this successfully using a Nobsound MC103.

It has XLR Line connectors for I/O, but as it is merely a passive switch, nothing prevents you from plugging three Amps into the inputs and a headphone into the output, using DIYed adapters.

You can even mix single-ended and differential Amps if you're smart about the pinout.
