Hi.

I have a House of Marley vinyl record player with a built in pre-amp...

I have active speakers connected via RCA cable which have amp and volume control built in. I wanted to add another pair of similar speakers via RCA cables.

Will this device be okay to split the sound to all four speakers/amps? --- https://www.cubilux.com/products/audio-rca-splitter

Will there be any sound deterioration or could it damage any components?

Thanks

That will work fine. It's a simple passive splitter i.e. the outputs are connected directly to the input, without any components, let alone "exquisite circuit design"!!

There's absolutely nothing to affect the audio.

I would prefer to choose a audio switch to avoid the mutual influence of two different active speakers.
Something like this

Sorry, what interaction? They're active 'speakers so completely buffered from each other.

Parasitic currents may appear through the GND connections.
What are parasitic currents? If you mean ground loops, you get those with switches just as much unless the switch also isolates the ground connections, which as far as I know, none of them do.
