There is nothing to try. I don't need to stand in the middle of the road to know that I will be severely injured or even killed by the oncoming traffic. Similarly for something that should exclusively be used for protection of electronic devices ONLY and usually in the primary circuit of something that drives a peak rectification circuit that has absolutely no bearing on sound quality there is no need to try it either. The effect you think you are hearing is nothing more than a placebo effect and this can readily be backed up by some decent measurements or proper blind testing. All you are doing is just helping to buy Ted Denney's next Ferrari. Wake up to yourself

Most people have no idea how little time the AC fuse conducts current in a power supply.

Worse still the current drawn by the mains is anything but sinusoidal and is horribly distorted and certainly unaffected by changing fuses !! What problem are they trying to solve ? If it was power factor correction yes they may have a claim for noise reduction but have a snowflakes chance in hell of achieving that with a fuse change ! Still they should feel good about helping Ted Denny buy his next Ferrari. LOL
